Their team does an incredible with BMWs. There is no one else in LA that I will bring my car besides Rafi's Autotech. They are trustworthy and quickly identify the root of the issue. Rafi's has fair pricing and they don't jerk you around. I have been taking my BMW to Rafi's for the last 6 years after it came off the dealer's warranty and have been impressed with the high quality of service. Save your time do not go here. Staff was extremely rude to me. I explained my issue in fullness and was met with a brute response of “that’s not what I asked you” even though I answered the question saying I needed a single tire fixed or replaced. They didn’t have the tire I wanted so I asked if they could put air in it and I’d pay and they refused to help. This is well deserved one star for negligent behavior and shady business practice, turning me away for absolutely no reason. I was polite the whole way through and wish for no one to have to be treated like this. Service: Tires
