Francisco is a gem! I was in a pickle and he was able to be honest and helpful with my Mercedes. Highly recommend these honest and kind guys!!!
FAR from Quality! I drove in, well as far as I could. This place has minimal parking at best. Asked for quote for oil change and tune up.... the attached is what I got! Terrible! ONLY way to get spark plugs replaced in a tuneup is to replace valve cover gaskets? Smh I'm out! Quote was a joke. Referred to Bureau of automotive repair who found many errors & who will be following up with them on my complaint.
Called in advance to confirm filter and lubricant availability for a synthetic oil change. Overall, oil change service was quick, cheap (around $20 cheaper than Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or any of the others in west LA/Culver city area), and their staff was very friendly. Service: Oil change
