I recently took my E350 MB in to Van for the first time. Service B my former mechanic always charged about $400. VAn was knowledgleable, kind and the shop is immaculate! His charge was less than half.
This man has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. He had my daughters car for over a week, wouldn't answer or return any phone calls, and then had the nerve to cuss out my wife when we tried to pick up the car after he said it would be ready around noon, (and of course it still wasn't). I will never be returning to this shop and I would not recommend him to anyone. We will also be filing a BBB complaint as well. Service: General repairs & maintenance
I have an 85 500sel that was acting up, died on me three times on my way back home from the store, so I took it to this shop after reading really good reviews about it, didn’t disappoint me at all, this gentleman Van I believe his name is, fixed it in a heartbeat after taking visual check, and asked me some questions. I totally recommend this shop. Awesome guy
