I posted a inquiry on a Audi Facebook page looking for a downpipe and Tyler Y messaged me within 10 minutes letting me know he had exactly what I was looking for in stock (out of stock at every other retailer) Fantastic customer service. Can't wait to receive it
Great shop. I’ve used them twice now, one for new brakes and the other for routine maintenance. They don’t make up sell and don’t make you feel stupid for asking questions. I drive up from Mission Viejo and will continue to bring my GTI back for future needs.
Brought my car in to get a jb4 re-installed. The staff was knowledgeable and performed the work in a timely and clean manner. Unfortunately the unit was faulty (by no fault of theirs) and they removed it so I could perform a warranty exchange. Will be coming back in the future.
