Kraemer Carstar did a BEAUTIFUL job on my car! I was a bit nervous bringing my car in after I got hit, but so relieved when I got my car back looking brand new again like nothing ever happened! They didn’t get a 5-star rating because I actually had to bring my car back in due to a tail light out. A small, quick fix, nothing major. Overall, great experience, I would definitely come back to Kraemer Carstar in the future. They do awesome work!!! Service: Body & Trim
Very easy to drop off and get updates via text. The whole office staff is polite and easy to deal with. I had no issues. My car is like new after my accident.
The process of getting my car repaired here was basically painless. They got everything processed through my insurance and my car repaired in less time than I initially expected, plus it was completed in the amount of time that the estimator, Derrick told me it would be.
