Honesty and Excellent Work and Service. I have been a loyal Gordons Auto Works customer for a few years. Finding a good and honest mechanic is like finding gold. I never worry when I take my car in because I know I will always receive 1st Rate Service and honesty. I have brought my car in on very short notice because my car has serious mechanical issues and have never been turned away. The staff are polite and helpful. I highly recommend Gordon's Auto Works. One star is five stars too many! Gordon's did a new brake system, (and other work), on my classic truck. Gordon unilaterally decided to change the size of the brake parts, (11" instead of 10"), which is a positive improvement BUT he only upgraded one end of the vehicle and didn't put a proportioning valve back into the new system. The front brakes locked up on the freeway, to avoid causing a multi-car accident, I hit the k-rail and bounced off the rear wheels of a semi-trailer. The body damage to my truck was extensive, Gordon promised to make it right. He installed a proportioning valve and then avoided me and never did fix the body of my truck. He's also one of those fakers who hides behind being "Christian" to try to make you sympathetic while they screw you!

Alex is a great no-BS guy. Although they didn't fix my car from the first time I showed, he deducted what he charged me first time and fixed it perfectly. I had trouble with windows electricity and power steering pump noise. He took care of them. He is a reasonable and professional mechanic. Coming back if something happens with my car again.
