Thank goodness for Limberlost Automotive and particularly, Jeffrey and Patricia! Car troubles are such a hassle and most inconvenient, but also inevitable, no matter how new, how low the mileage is and how well they are maintained. Today was one of those days for me where I thought I'd run a quick errand before work only to end up stranded with a car that wouldn't start. I was fortunate to have my fiancé drop what he was doing to come give me a jump before figuring out where to take it. After getting it started, but not without issue, I called the Ford dealer only to repeatedly be put to a random voicemail with no live support/help to get me or my car back up and running. That's when Limberlost Automotive was recommended to me and right away Patricia answered the phone with a cheerful and patient voice listening to my concerns and making sure I had clear expectations of what would happen when I brought my vehicle in. Jeff and Patricia made is super easy for me to get my car in. I didn’t know much about hybrid engines (or that I had one) and they did the best that they could with it. 100% coming back to them for all the services I need. Not once did I ever feel like I was getting scammed or felt like a burden to them. The atmosphere is overall so friendly and one of the best I’ve seen in shops. Thank you again for all your help!! I just dropped my car off at Jeff’s shop. I was referred by a co worker! From the moment I spoke to Jeff, he was very personable and just plain nice. He seemed like he really cared about his work and what he does. It is a breath of fresh air to come across a mechanic who isn’t out to just get your money. A mechanic who likes what he does and is honest! Will definitely be coming back!
