Terrifying horrible experience. Employee named Doug chastised me in front of customers in waiting because I tried to use Groupon that was expired. Didn't help or give me a solution. When asked for him to please try code he said see didn't work and wanted me to go back to back deal to prove he was right. He even at one point said I was wasting his time too. Beware of this location on North Grant in Tucson. I hope management will address this issue. Severely disappointed and slighted.

Sadly, I have to change my previous review to a very negative experience. After installing a new a/c system, and a new alternator, my car battery still will not hold a charge. My car was running fine when I took it in there for a/c repair. Now, after several attempts to fix the problem, and a whopping $1500 bill, my car is still not able to hold a charge. They obviously damaged something during the a/c installation and don't know how to fix it. They told me I needed to take it somewhere else. So now, I still don't have a running car and this $1500 bill. I have tried several phone calls and emails trying to sort this out and no response from them. They were very nice at first, but now they are just ignoring me. I really just want a refund. Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

Came to them when I needed help with my vehicle.. Julia is very friendly and Don is awesome.. he found my horn was un-attatched an very touchy.. will keep coming to them.. they don't treat you like your dumb an have a great sense of humor.. thanks guys, really do appreciate you..
