I had an unusual situation. My tires were wore out and they only had 20,000 miles on them. The problem was that they were over 5 years old. I had also warrantee exchanged the previous set for premature failure, so it probably looked a little suspicious. I explained the whole thing to Shawn and he was very understanding. He sold me a better set of tires at a great price and I should be good to go for a long time. I’ve been using the Ina shop since 2005 and have always been satisfied.
