Patrick and Emily are top notch. I always thought Patrick was the owner. I just found out it's corporate and he's a manager. No one I've encountered in Tucson cares more for their customers, the vehicles and the business than Patrick Cooley. This is a great shop for all your needs, not just transmissions. Highly recommend. Beware of neggy reviews. The only poor review I found was from a whiner who complains about EVERYTHING. Unlike most shops, Patrick will never try to sell you something you don't need. A truly honest man.

Patrick was upfront and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing and removing packrat nests in a car I purchased. I also had some other maintenance done and Patrick and his team went above and beyond my expectations.
