They were honest and they charged a fair price for checking out my a/c system and just topping off the refrigerant level. Also they gave me a fair quote when the day comes and I need the blower motor replaced. Very knowledgeable and patient

Took my Ford Expedition in to get fixed, but discovered problem was related to the computer system and they couldn't fix it. I was charged for the diagnosis but now have to take my vehicle to Ford to have the work done which means I have to pay another $250 for deductible because integrity doesn't have the equipment to reprogram my vehicle computer. Didn't notice till I arrived home that my liners from the front floorboard were laying in my back seat. They didn't put them back where they belonged.
