Awesome Shop! Diamond Automotive is the honest auto shop you've been looking for all these years. The father-son ran business are true professionals, and their prices are very hard to beat. The quality of workmanship is nothing short of outstanding. Rich (the owner) is a great guy and was a true pleasure to deal with on a personal level. Not only did Diamond Automotive repair my vehicle, they also serviced my transmission, transfer case, engine, and differentials in record time, saving me labor costs. Rich's recommendations with parts and fluids truly made my vehicle run better and more efficient. Diamond Automotive is the shop that actually goes the extra mile for their customers. I drive from Phoenix to Tucson to have my car serviced by Diamond Automotive. There is no shop like theirs. I don’t know anything about cars and I used to be scared to take my cars to certain places because I know how they just try to up-sale you in a whole bunch of unnecessary things. Rich’s shop is the only place I trust. They were able to fix my a/c problem within an hour. Others had been telling me it was my compressor. Rich and his son fixed an O ring and had me going in no time. These guys are the most honest you will have in this department. Rich shared his inspiration for starting his business and it all makes sense. He wanted to give females a place they can go and not be taken advantage of. Hence the name “Diamond”. This shows in his work and character. I will be going there for all my services. These are the guys I don’t mind giving my money too; I know they will do their best work.

Finally after 20 years in Tucson we found a great mechanic! They did an amazing job fixing and finding the issues with my Camry's brakes, which 3 other (highly recommended) mechanics simply put a "bandaid" on, and thoroughly explained the repairs. They also figured out the squealing on our Lexus' brakes that were supposedly just replaced by the Subaru dealership we bought it from. Found out they used very cheap parts that quickly wore down. Rich and his son provide excellent customer service and communication. We were able to get appointments in just a few days and our cars were done within a day after the parts arrived.
