They have done an amazing job on my car every time I’ve brought it in. My car is older so it has a lot of issues and they handle them so well. They’re always willing to answer questions and check things out even when I don’t know if anything is actually wrong. I called Klipper, spoke to Jonathan, and they got me in on a days notice to repair my daughter’s truck AC. We were pressed for time as she was heading out of state for college the following day. They got me in and had the truck repaired within an hour. I’ll be back to Klipper Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Some clarifications and notes about your reply: * I'm sure your 5 star reviews are all warranted, that's one of the reasons I chose your shop. Unfortunately, I didn't share that same experience. * I was updated on only ONE of the three compressors that were incompatible before you ordered the fourth. * Your analytics of my ratings scores are completely wrong. I have left 360 reviews which includes star ratings that didn't have a written review. 84% are 4 or 5 stars, and 5% are 3 stars which I would call neutral. Therefore, only 11% are negative. So, I'm not sure how you can say I "enjoy giving small businesses bad reviews." Also, you and I have no way of knowing whether a business is "small." * Of course it was MY car you serviced.
