Took my car in for battery/alternator issue. I asked for a estimate of costs before any work. After they determined it was the alternator and installed a nee one they ran into a few issues with my cars electrical system and the new alternator. They ate of the cost of the electrical work and charged me only what they had quoted me initially. I've been here a few times and have sent my mother here. Never had a complaint and they do quality work.
