I basically paid $200 for an oil change and a bullcrap diagnosis. I was having an issue with surging RPMs, my check engine light was on, and one of my struts was bad. I agreed to pay $139 for the mechanic "diagnostic check". This included a test drive, a glance under the hood and under the car. They also plugged it into the computer, which gave them an error code for the transmission. They determined this was my surging RPMs problem, and I was going to need to replace my transmission entirely, they offered to do it for $8,000. I paid for an oil change and the diagnosis, in the report they told me everything I told them, only thing I got from the $140 diagnosis was the error code, and most shops will plug it in for free... They suggested to me that I not flush the transmission or change the fluids, because it was already beyond repair and needed replaced. So, I went to Nissan, they flushed the transmission, did something to a solenoid, reset the computer, problem solved for $90. I want

I spoke with Ron over the phone regarding possible repairs for my son's car. He took the time to let me know what they would do to assess the problem and let me know the cost up front for the diagnostic. Once they received the vehicle and did the diagnostic, he called with a detailed report and the repair cost. THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES!!! Other shops wanted to charge almost double for half the work they would perform! Therefore, we had the work done and couldn't be happier! My son says the car is running better than when he first bought it! Excellent customer service and quality service. We've found a repair shop for all of our vehicles.
