Encanto Auto Body & Paint

I'll try to be as fair as I can with this review. I told Louie that I wasn't in a hurry with the car. He took three weeks, which is longer than I had thought it would take, but it was my fault for not setting a better timeline. I turned over a 2008 Corolla S that had sun-damaged paint and missing parts of the body kit including the spoiler. Louie is not good with communication. Doesn't answer the phone and is spotty with texting if he does answer. This was the most frustrating part. I don't think he actually got to the car until he had had it for two weeks. I said at end of second week that it would be done but then said he got sick and he couldn't find a spoiler, which was the only missing piece. I had to buy the spoiler myself and drop it off for him to paint. When I didn't get any answers end of the second week, I made a surprise visit and saw that they were just starting to prime (beginning stage) the car so he obviously didn't have it ready and was just starting on it two weeks in

I took my car to get a dent and scratches fixed. I am so pleased with the way my car turned out. It looks so good. Louie said he would only take a few days and that's exactly what he did. I had my car back in no time. I definitely recommend this place. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Louie and his team did an amazing job for me! First time was in 2020 had some backend damage to my Jeep his team was great he helped me work with my insurance and had my vehicle back to me in a timely matter! Once again this month my vehicle was totaled by my insurance but he assisted me with my insurance and even lent me a car while everything was determined. He goes above and beyond with all of his customers and explains a lot of things that other shops just try to hide or oversell you on.
