A & A Automotive Repair

Had an emergency radiator hose burst 2020. Being new to Arizona at the time, I quickly went to google to find a shop close to where I was. A&A was one of the closest shops and he said if I got it in there he'd look at it and see what would be needed. I ended up getting it towed to his shop, he immediately pulled it in and hooked it up for a pressure test. He determined right there on the spot what needed to be done. I left the car there and he later called me with a more accurate quote. I had him change the water pump as well. Never had a problem with the car after that. Also came back a few months later with some issues on motor mounts that I made the mistake of having Brake Master (southern and Mill location) install. Come to find out Alex needed to retighten some things that Brake Masters somehow forgot to do. Should have taken it too A&A to begin with but of course was in a hurry on a Saturday. Fantastic service! I had my vehicle looked at because it had a check engine light and within the hour Alex was able to pinpoint where the problem was and what caused the problem by physically showing me the defective part under the hood, telling me what it is, and telling me the cost and labor the same day. Alex quoted us a new rebuilt motor with one year warranty. When car was returned it was running really hard and made lots of clacking noises. We took it back and he refused to think it was the motor. He finally was convinced and said he would honor his work. It took 4 monthe to get the vehicle back and now the car is stalling. I have no choice but to ask for my 3000.00 refund along with the cost of rentals and lift rides to work. This has been the worse experience we have ever had.
