Service King Collision Queen Creek (Now Crash Champions)

They took my front bumper off and the parts that go with it because they couldn't fix it and put them in the back of my SUV on the carpeted area of my car with no plastic or tarp just the dirty peices on my carpet and leather seats etc. When I came to get my vehicle I pointed this out because I was upset that they would put the dirty parts in the car without any plastic to cover them . After I said something then they went and put some plastic bags down . They also charged me for taking it apart and telling me they couldn't fix it. First guy calls and tells me they can't fix it. I said I would pick the car up . The next day he calls again and says yeah there is a charge for taking it apart .

Took my car here after reading the reviews alot of them said how after they took their vehicle in it was finished before the estimated date. Was also recommended to me by my Geico rep cause it's Geico xpress was explained they work on your car first ahead excellent win win right? Well not only was my car not finished ahead of estimated date was delayed extra days after? With paying out of pocket for a rental car each day this defeats the purpose of bringing it here?

I went to this place based on my insurance company. Instead of looking at only the damaged caused from my accident they inspected the entire car. Yes, my hood and front bumper had been repainted before… my damage is rear left quarter panel. The rest of the car has never been repainted. You could plainly see there is only one coat of paint in the damage area. Service King refused my car because of “previous” paint. I’ve never seen a body shop refuse work in such a manner. I’d prefer they’d just said they would be in over their heads.
