Took my car in for a diagnostic in December for front suspension noise and was charged $55. Told the mechanic that was on-site that I thought it was the shocks, pulled my car in for MAYBE five minutes and came back and told me multiple things were wrong with my vehicle (photo included) including front and rear suspension and the owner quoted me nearly $1,000 to fix it. I took it in for a full inspection for a second opinion to Garrett Motors and told them what I was told previously; after a couple of hours I got a call saying they don't know where they got all that info and the only thing was that my sway bar was loose and they tightened and no more noise. They said other than that my car was in great condition. Please get a second opinion if you take your vehicle here. I'm a single mom and I would've shelled out $1,000 I didn't have or pulled a loan I didn't need. This is the best customer service I've ever seen. Made feel like part of the family. The mechanic took the time to explain everything to me. I will trust him with all my vehicles and future vehicles
