Stopped in because the other shop in town wouldn't change my flat trailer tire. Blackjack did in no time flat and didn't even want to charge me. Highly recommend.

Was towing my car behind our motorhome and found that the front brakes were worn out when we were in Camp Verde. Called Jimmy on a Friday, said bring it in on Saturday. He called that afternoon and said the rear brakes rotors were rusty, calipers hung up, agreed to do all 4 wheels. Sunday morning he called to say the brakes were done, but I also had a check engine light and had already run the codes, the worst being a cam position sensor. We talked thru the codes, agreed to fix the CPS, called Monday morning at 9:30 and said the car was done. When I went to pick it up, he showed me all the bad parts, rusted rotors. We waited outside the building for half an hour, since opening time is at 8. He came by in his truck, ignored us waiting outside to grab something from behind the store, and drove off. He couldn't be bothered to say something to us, or leave a note at the front explaining he isn't in. We had to wait until a random, unaffiliated person who happens to live next door to come out and tell us that he won't be in. Don't bother with someone so inconsiderate.
