Greulich's Automotive Repair

I have never been at greulich’s auto repair. My car needed a battery and tail lights were out. They checked all fluids. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and they got me in very quickly. Great customer service!!!! Very friendly. I recommend them if anyone needs help with their vehicles

I had a very good Experience at the San Tan Valley location. David the Manager came out to help me because the counter guys were on the phone. He checked me in and then called me later that afternoon and sent me the inspection report and explained some other issues that I needed to consider. He told me when the parts would be in and assured me that my vehicle would be done the following day. Having managed a staff of over 115 employees I appreciate the extra care The team provided to me. I will go back for future auto service.

I'm writing my first review here and it's purely based on time waited with an appointment. My oil change appt was at 2 and I left at 3:10. Now this isn't an express oil change place but I would expect 40 mins on a brand new vehicle. I'll update for the future but everything else went well.
