There is a reason they have a 3.5 stars. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing. I got a nail in my tire in the parking lot. I asked the desk jockey if they could help out and put a 5 minute plug in my tire. I could do it myself but they have air. I do not. " sorry were closing in 20 minutes" I get they are busy but that's no customer service and not the first time this location has disappointed. Definitely will never try again.

Definitely the WORST experience ever. I had stopped using them for everything based on them never being able to pinpoint a problem and asking me to keep pouring money and time into their supposed fixes. However, I had purchased a lifetime alignment and went back. I was told we can't get your alignment done because the tire rods need replaced. I replaced them and then that still didn't fix it. Now it is the motor mounts and the axel....couple that with the lack of communication and the horrible customer service. The guy was on the phone with a vendor on speaker phone when I went to go get my car and pointed out that he was on the phone only to make me wait as the guy continues about week plans they should make together. DO NOT USE!! Service: Steering & suspension repair

Be careful what you say when they call you about the additional service needed on your vehicle because topping off the coolant means a full coolant flush and not what it sounds when he says its just a little low. Other than that maybe letting the customer know when their bill will now be 4x what they expect before surprising them at check out. Service: Oil change
