I have had my oil changed several times here at Tran's. They are quick, professional, and have never tried to sell me any extra service, making me believe they are trustworthy. I will be sure to come here when my car needs to be repaired.

I’m not sure what kind of operation this guy is running, but I don’t appreciate what they do. I recently had a vehicle inspected by a potential buyer, and he asked me to take the vehicle here. After the guy completely went over the entire vehicle and agreed that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was in great condition. He then proceeded to get into the potential buyers head by telling him to negotiate the price down on the vehicle more just because he thought he can get a better deal out of me. I told the guy I was very firm on the price and that I was not going to budge on the price from the beginning yet they made me waste my time to drive all the way downtown for nothing. He should stick to working on cars and not negotiating any prices on vehicles, and stay out other peoples business.
