Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.
This company is AMAZING!!!!!! they are accurate with time and came right to my job to replace my windshield and calibration same day. Staff is very professional and kind. I will most certainly use this company again. Thank you for all of your hard work. Service: Auto windshield replacement
