I went and purchased a car from them. The deal was done quickly and not too many questions were asked which should've been a red flag for me. I need a car and so I went with a 2017 Chevy Cruz no more than 40000 miles. The night I got the car I went through the car wash and water poured through the back window. I called and they had me drop the car off to the service department they kept it for a few days and gave it back. The problem was fixed for a couple days then it was back leaking. It hasn't been a month and I was on the freeway with my kids and the car shut off completely It started back up after awhile and I was able to pull to the side safely but when I contacted the manager of the car lot she rudely told me that its my responsibility to get the car back to Arizona and they will look at it for me but, I tried to explain that I would like to see about getting a different car. I do not trust that the issue will be resolved and being that its shutting off while I am driving I

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE BUSINESS. The worst mistake I have ever made was getting a car here. They are a shady, unprofessional chop shop and the the customer service is horrific. Nancy in particular is rude, unhelpful and condescending. They will cheat you out of money every chance they get. I can't wait til my loan is paid off and I can leave them behind. Please save yourself the stress and deep unhappiness. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM B AND G.

My car when I bought it had multiple issues with it. I had to write everything down on a piece a paper and give it to the mechanic. Now I need service I called and left a message 2 weeks ago and no one has called me back at all. A little on the annoyed side but they seem to text every other Friday to make sure they get their money.
