Business has the sidewalk completely blocked with their vehicles and does this quite frequently. Guess pedestrians, people with disabilities, nor Az law matter to this company (law passed last year makes this a fineable offense if the sidewalk if even remotely impeded). Thought I'd leave this review so they can rectify the situation in lieu of me calling pd to have them ticketed for the violation Note that the red truck is PARKED across the sidewalk making it completely inaccessible for wheelchairs or other mobility aides. For the businesses reference HB2395 was adopted in 2021 and requires that sidewalks be kept clear from obstacles. It is a $250 fine. I am in this area 4 days a week and will be calling non emergency PD each time the sidewalk is blocked (again, any blockage is fineable so that crooked parking the other day where this same truck was blocking 1/4 of the sidewalk was also fineable).
