I absolutely love this location so much! Tim is an amazing person he is super nice & knowledgeable, nor is always willing to help and work with my schedule to the best of their abilities. I have been coming to this location for years with no issue. Called multiple times with no answer. Go to the location, lobby is empty, called again and the 2 guys were just sitting there and didn't answer and was routed to customer service. Walk into the shop and they don't take walk-ins and could get me in the next day to change a flat tire. For a tire shop, really poor service and not to answer multiple calls..went to Discount Tire and had all 4 tires replaced and took less than 45 minutes. Was a customer for 6 years. I called last week to schedule my oil change and nobody at the location answered and my call was routed to Firestone's customer service line. I spoke to a gentleman who booked my appointment for today at 1:00pm. When I arrived today a staff member told me there was no appointment booked and get this, "Your call probably went to Chile." I was not amused. He then said he was booked for a week and a half. I called the customer service line who confirmed there was no appointment booked but they also said the store could have cancelled it. The rep then asked if I wanted her to reschedule and I said, "Why, so the store can cancel it again." Firestone clearly doesn't want my business because all she could say was "sorry for the inconvenience I can transfer you directly to them." Why would I do that, they don't answer in the first place so I'm going to do business with a competitor and have my family do the same. Service: Oil change
