I originally came in to get a control arm replaced on my car and unfortunately the control arm was put on the wrong side. After speaking with Mr Mike at the store yesterday they resolved the issue for me and my car is working great right now. Wasnt any negotiating or disputing.. Mistakes happen if course. He has a great team under him as well. I understand that compliments don't come by as easy as complaints so I want to send my regards to the store. job well done on resolving my issue for me. my car is working great right now and I couldn't appreciate it more. I had to bring my car here as it wasn’t accelerating properly. I was 45 minutes from my final destination. Brandon helped me by recommending a ride service and assured me he would be in constant contact. Turned out I had to have my car towed the next day to the dealer but they were very nice about it and worked with the tow driver to make the transition smooth. Thanks!

Great customer service. Only car had bad tire. No other transportation. Took me in asap to put on new tire. Ran over 3”screw. Mngr actually showed me tire with screw in it. I always so to Firestone for quality service.
