I've been shopping for years all over the country here and this location is, by far, the worst location. I will drive to Casa Grande to avoid this location. On dozens of occasions I've been in and ignored at the counter when I walk in, the parts aren't in Stock, the counter person just doesn't want to try to help, they didn't place an order several times, then never cancelled an order, I'm on hold for 30 to 60min sometimes, I've been told my vehicle doesn't exist, I've been forgotten at the counter, I've been spoken to rudely, I've had my change pushed AT ME instead of handed to me, I could go on. I even spoke to the store manager and he just nodded his head and didn't say much. Poorly run store. Oscar is incredibly rude and lazy. I have a commercial account and trying to use it here is a bigger nightmare than just being a regular customer.

Carmen was very helpful with service installing wiper blades. Most important she LISTENED to suggestion . I will definitely use services again. Great Job. Thank You.

Good place and clean, fully stocked. My only complaint is their attitude on used oil returns, almost like they don’t want the hassle and didn’t want the container.
