Desert Car Care Chandler

Took my car here last summer to diagnose A/C issues. They not only did not do what I asked them to, but damaged my car. I had checked the freon and informed them it wasn't the issue. They were supposed to diagnose and call me before doing any work. They called me and told me they had removed and refilled the freon and it was ready for pickup. The AC was not fixed, and I just put up with it. After taking it to the dealer, I found out that they had overcharged and damaged the compressor. Not only did I have to pay for a service I told them NOT to perform, but I had to pay for additional repairs because of their careless work. Edit to respond: I initially told you that I did not want to pay, as it wasn't fixed, and I was never called with the estimate, and I was told tough luck you can't get your car back. I also called and complained later in the week, as well as responded to your email asking how it went.

These guys are amazing. I had an oil plug gasket that was leaking after an oil change. I spoke with 4 different shops and no one would believe me or take me seriously. I called Desert Car Care, they said bring it in and we’ll squeeze you in. In less than 10 minutes they had replaced a faulty gasket, no more oil leak and they didn’t even charge me for this service. Definitely my new go to shop for everything!!!!!

I haven't been over here in awhile but The whole team is what makes the company beyond amazing. They truly are the greatest for many cars I assume. Not for for my Toyota, I didn't feel that way. Felt like I was a first time customer work 3 times or more so returning customer. Paying just at my budget to clean me out for awhile and hurt fianacially. It was like that to me. This is just my review love them, their a great amazing 5 star for many testimonies I know of and seen.
