Moore & Robinson, Inc. Tire and Service Center

Great team of techs! That was my original review of this place that I have given business to for twenty years. Through management changes and all I stuck with them. But not any more. I went to just get an oil change at the Moore Robinson Goodyear shop on Fairway last week before my trip. The guy at the register told him something about a tire rotation which I did not request. The tech came in and asked for my tire key which evidently was not put back in the glove compartment from when I bought new tires. But one tire did not have the tire cap cover and that’s the one that I’m sure he did something to it. I’m on the road driving back and forth to Louisiana. I need my vehicle fixed right and able to count on reliable services. This is the third time I’ve had a problem with a service repair from this Goodyear. I have been coming here for at least 20 years. I know your guys will deny that this happened but I know my vehicle and know when the problem started. I’m just getting settled in

Chris was very helpful. It's good to call before you come. I had a very bad flat tire. They showed me something else that was the problem that I didn't see. The sensor didn't work anymore so instead of putting one on there he showed me the new part and let me decide. The flat dent the metal. I asked if they could straighten it out. They did part of it but bend it back to far and the paint came off. If that didn't happen I would have give five stars. He stated you can bring it back if there's a problem. Great conversation.

we were headed to the airport to pick up a family member, and had a deadline. We had a tire with low pressure, so we pulled into Moore & Robinson, to have them put a little air in the low tire. Turns out we had two screws in the tire, causing low pressure. We grabbed a quick lunch across the street, and they put the spare on the ground and took the bad tire and replaced it with a new tire, and we got back on the road quickly. Very prompt service. Great place, great staff. They worked competently and rapidly. Thank you very much guys!
