Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and they didn't rotate the tires. My oil level low notification came on after an hour of driving.
I had an emergency with my tire and ended up getting four new tires because they were such a good price. Had to wait and they were very quick and efficient. Olivia and the staff are wonderful and let me use their quiet break room so I could continue working and got me back on the road quickly. I will use this North Little Rock location again!
I need a new alternator for my car and i talk with Mr. Norman about services and maintenance on my car and we talk about different types of issues with the alternator & battery aswell. Mr Norman & Kathy is very professional about their products and services and i was out there in 4hrs flat! I Will return if i need some more auto services. keep up the good work!!
