Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have frequently try to go to this business. They never let you have an appointment or even get on a list to come back. They are not customer friendly at all. They will not cater to the customers needs at all. They only do what is convenient for them. I will not go back. I used to use them before Covid. Not anymore. They have a whatever whenever attitude. The location is the only thing that keeps them in business. Service: Oil change

I purchased the lifetime alignment from this Firestone last year, but they said it needed control arms. However, they still did the alignment. Now they are saying they won't do the alignment because of the control arms even though they literally did it last year. They are liar's and only want your money. Complete joke of a store all around. I will NEVER go to this Firestone again. If you want a good Firestone, the one in Conway will take care of you. They did for me and never even mentioned my control arms, because they aren't bad. This facility grinders my tire down to the point the low tire pressure light kept coming on air was seeping through the tire making it very uncomfortable to drive. Took the tire back to them and spoke to Dustin and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will never use them again because they do not care. Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic
