I own a trucking company, and am very familiar with diesel motors and how they work. My company was currently working 7 days a week doing disaster relief in Little Rock after the tornado when my service truck went down. Due to limited time to work on it myself, I decided to take my truck to DJs for brake work the first time, and a fuel leak/ac repair the second time. The first time I took it there for a brake job, they promised they would have it in and out for me, and they did deliver on that promise. BUT, we were WELL overcharged for having two calipers and brake rotors installed on the rear axle of the truck. Almost $2800….but since they were able to get to it in a timely manner, when the truck developed a fuel leak and the ac started acting up, I decided to use them again. They go above and beyond to continuity communicate with you about what they find the price of the repair, both verbally and sending you a text message with the cost of each repair and you can choose what you do or do not want repaired at this time and the status of your repair when it will be finished. They make easy to leave your car and ensure that you have a ride back home or drop you off at work. They are VERY Professional, Courteous and Respectful!!! Our oil pressure light came on, just as we entered Interstate 40 in Little Rock. We were towing an RV camper with our Ford 150 truck and we were 900 miles from home; we were dripping oil at an alarming rate and the situation was dire. We added oil and limped to the second place we called. The person who answered the phone was extremely welcoming and the entire experience grew from that call. From Ralph Withers who warmly greeted us and guided us to a parking spot to plug in with our camper (for an OVERNIGHT stay in their parking lot), to "JG" our technician who diagnosed and fixed our issue, to final payment with "OFB" aka Don, our experience was top notch. This company could have gouged these out of state travelers and that simply did not happen. We were charged an extremely fair price and everything was done so quickly, once the part arrived. Every employee on the property greeted us kindly and really helped in an extremely stressful situation. Thank you so much to all at DJ's
