Absolutely the worst experience ever!! We have been lied to for weeks! We have been told so many times that we will have my car back next week and we have been told so many excuses. Well it's now over a month and still no date in sight of when we will get it back. Service: Body & Trim

My experience with Steve’s Auto Body was a nightmare. The lack of communication was appalling. My accident was June 8th 2021 and between parts delay and other instances beyond our control it was mid-July before repairs started. The communication at each delay was non-existent. I would have to call and thus extend my rental. On August 2nd 2021, I received my Jeep back and there was a knocking/thumping noise where I took the hit from the accident. I took it back same day and was told the strut would wear in. I then had to take it back to Steve’s to get the front license plate put back on that they left off, then I discovered my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working. A month later in September I have to call to remind them to fix the washer fluid pump. After they repair the pump I’m told they are going to warranty the strut because it still shouldn’t be making the same noise. A month later in October, I called again to remind them about the strut and I’m given an appointment for November
