If your high-end vehicle needs work, German Motorworks is one of the best choices in Jonesboro. The staff, Johnathan and other mechanics are all very courteous, and go out of their way to communicate; progress, estimated costs, etc. The best part, is that the mechanics at GMW really know their business, and are not out to gouge you on price. The first repair I had done at GMW, was for non-functioning windshield sprayers on my X5. They took the pump apart, and cleaned out the filter(s), and got it working like new. The good news here is that they could have easily told me "it needs to be replaced", but instead did the honest thing, and saved me money. Additionally, GMW only charged three hours of labor, (that's actually how long it takes!) to remove and re-install the front bumper! Next fixes were to the Audi RS5. The active exhaust had stopped working, the GMW ran free diagnostics, and cleaned out the mid-pipe flaps, fixing the issue. They follow up with NOT charging me for the work.

I had no idea what was going on with my Land Rover Discovery. I dropped it off at German Motorworks by 9a and I had it back by end of day. They worked with my warranty company to get the issue resolved and all I needed to do was approve the repairs. It was a seamless process working them - I will definitely be back if the arises (although I hope it doesn’t haha)

Great experience. Worked with me on cost and was very passionate about his work. Said he wanted everything PERFECT before he gave my car back to me and even ordered parts to replace that BMW lost on their initial inspection of my car. No more oil leaks or drive belt rattle I plan to have Johnathan and German Motorworks do servicing of all my BMW needs. Thanks Johnathan.
