Great new location and the service is wonderful

Honestly the biggest mistake I made was buying my tires here. Every single time I come in they either miss something, don't do as requested, etc. My second biggest complaint is that no matter what I am having done I am stuck there for 2 or 3 hours, watching other customers somehow manage to get right in and out. I also don't understand how your hours are until 5:30 pm M-F and 12:00 pm on Saturday, but as a business you can start turning people away a couple hours before close. Find it pretty hard to believe their corporate offices and owners know this is happening. I understand some services take some time, but everything from a simple tire repair to a rotation and balance to getting an entire new set, etc. always taking more than 2 hours is ridiculous. Stuck here with this set of tires, but definitely will be going somewhere with better customer service for my next set. As I type this and sit and wait (for going on two hours now) the google listing shows them "less busy than usual"...

I got an estimate on my 2007 Suburban today. Tomorrow I'll be getting a front end alignment, some tire pressure sensors replaced, two new Michelin tires on the front (due to a very poorly done alignment from a different shop), and repairing a flat rear tire. It's going to be quite a day and quite a bill. But the guys at Gateway do good work and stand behind what they do. This should fix me up for another long stretch of driving an aging, high mileage truck. It's still SO much cheaper than making payments on a new one. I highly recommend using Gateway Tire!
