Big O Tires

I absolutely can not put into words how great my experience was with Big-O tires. We were traveling back to Florida from Arkansas. Had some issues with trailer tires. Googled “Tires in Conway, Arkansas”. Big O was the first to pop up. And from my experience, for good reason. I called and asked for a quote on 4 specific tires. The salesman, quoted me a price. But then asked me if I needed those specific tires and what I was using them for. I told him they were going on a trailer and my situation. He recommended a cheaper tire that was better for my trailer and had better reviews (I googled the tires and checked). I told the salesman we were traveling and my dilemma of needing to get back to work in Florida. From the time we pulled into the parking lot until the time we pulled onto the hwy was 38 MINUTES!!! I time everything (I is a weird quirk of mine). I absolutely can not say anything positive enough to reflex my experience. Josh was professional, courteous and helpful. Bo

Excellent, quick service ????. Several tire store were to busy or told me it would be Several hours or the next day. They were busy ,but took my unmounted tire and had it fixed within 45 minutes..wow . Price was lower also. Great doing business with them..

Hubs and I had a travel trailer tire blow out on HWY 40. We decided to stop here to have all the tires replaced before continuing our journey. We got there 25 minutes before closing. The team was great and took us right in. Great service and even topped off our truck tires to the correct pressure. They all had great attitudes and were super friendly even though they had to stay late to finish our job. Highly recommend.
