I had a slow leak in a tire purchased from Austin Brothers. Without an appointment, I was in then ready to go in about 15 minutes. Dre, the polite young service man, replaced the valve stem - no charge. The staff always tries to serve customers quickly. They are a friendly, professional group. 7-21-23 Service: Tires
I forgot I'd heard before about them fixing tires with patches/plugs free but today I needed one and had checked 2 other places that couldn't get to it soon enough (that charged) and I called Austin Brothers who was nice and got me in quickly, fixed my tire, and got me out quickly, all at no charge. Great people/place to do business with. I'll definitely check with them next time I need tires. Local, fair, and friendly.
