Recent Oil Change Again, the service today was exceptional. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Arriving at 8am, my car was immediately taken in while I waited in the waiting room. Had very pleasant conversation with the front desk young lady while I waited. I had requested when I arrived if windshield wipers could be changed. O'Reilly Auto parts was immediately called, and the wipers arrived about 20 minutes later. The procedure was completed in about an hour. I was very pleased with the mechanics for their explanation of the work done. All staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The only question I had was the cost of the procedure. The mechanic explained that because of the make, model and year of my car, that it requires, to specs., a special more expensive oil. That made sense to me. I'll see you next time. I came from Ardmore to this shop and it was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. I brought my older Camry there yesterday morning for a catalytic converter issue. I'm not the most mechanically inclined, I'm more of a computer guy but I try to know as much as any regular person should and it looks like I fell short. My car had some more pressing issues that I didn't even have a clue about. This was no problem though, Allen called me up after they took a look at my car and helped me understand the situation and kept me in the loop about what was going on. I have to come back next week for some more troubleshooting but it was ready the NEXT day. Talking to Allen on the phone and at the pick-up was extremely informative and he gave me some great advice. I'm 22 and I've had 2 beater cars so there's at least some weight to this but; I've never had this wonderful of an experience with a mechanic ever. I'll definitely rely on Phoenix Motors for all of my mechanical needs forever.
