NTB-National Tire & Battery

NTB in is a good place to go. I got there early this morning, though not right at store open. I had called ahead to see if they would be able to get my car in today. The store I called was actually closed temporarily, so when I showed up at 9 to the SW Huntsville location, I was greeted by a small sign on the door that said to go to Madison or Decatur. That was frustrating, since they had a larger sign that said “We’re open!” But the Madison store had answered the phone for the store I called, so I called back and asked them which store they were at, because clearly I was confused. Once I got my car to the shop, everything went smoothly and I was treated well. I thought it might have taken them all day to do it, since I was just doing a free tire rotation I didn’t think they would prioritize it, but they called me back after just a couple of hours and said it was ready for me to pick up. Excellent experience!! This was the last place I called after a long list (including my dealership) for my care car needs, but now will be my first call for future needs. Friendly, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly, highly recommend!
