Took my car in for service on the appointed day and it set for over a week without being touched When it was fixed it was 2 days later before I was notified that the entire rear window had been mysteriously shattered Since the car was in their possession I thought it was their responsibility to get the glass replaced but being a classic Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that would have been terribly expensive to fix so they offered to just not charge me for fixing my airconditioner Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
Employees are hateful. They employee people who STEAL from others, me so far about 15,000. The first vehicle was in the parking lot and i tried to get it and they called the sheriff and i had to leave! I sent to have my vehicle fixed and the employee said it got stolen. How do I trust them any more. Owners...their working for you! Wake up! If you love your vehicle don't take it there, there is one there stealing them!!
