Rod's Custom Body Shop

I had a disagreement with a concrete column about who should occupy a certain point in space. The column won. Now my Tesla needed a new fender and some TLC. At the moment, Rod's is the only Tesla-approved body shop in town. Luckily, they are also top-notch people. The quality of work and the customer experience were both superb. The receiving area is very pleasant, which is a nice surprise. Many shops like this neglect the customer's first impression upon entering their business. These guys have it nailed. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, honest dealing. The staff seem to work well together to keep me informed of the progress. They delivered my car on time, freshly detailed, and with the battery topped off! Rod's would be my first choice if I needed fender TLC again.

Wonderful Service and Customer Care!! They repaired my daughter’s 2020 Ford Mustang. She had a slight fender bender (in our driveway with my sisters car) and needed to get some repair work done. From the quote/estimate phase all the way thru detail shop and delivery, they were courteous and professional. Ben was amazing as the point if contact. He kept me in the loop on every step of the repair. The car was in the shop about 8 business days total. And Ben called me every 48 hours to let me know at what point and stage the car was in. My biggest worry and concern was getting the paint to match, and I told Ben specifically that this was my biggest point of contention in this repair. The car is a 1 year only paint color called “Grabber Lime”. A few shops we went too for quotes said “we can’t guarantee a perfect match, but it will be very close”. Not good enough in my book! Had a wonderful experience with my car repairs. The ladies at the front desk are so kind, and Ben + Tyler kept me in the loop on updates during the process. I am pleased with the work done & am so happy to have my car again thanks to everyone at Rods Custom.
