I have had dealings with Jay for about a decade. Great guy and I would highly recommend anyone needing repairs to patronize this shop .
I would not take my 74 super beetle anywhere else ! 20plus years we have used Johnson. He is honest, has fair prices and has the knowledge to work on the classics. JFA does great work. They cared for my 2003 VW Jetta TDI for nearly 8 years after a run of bad experiences at the local dealer (charged for work/parts that wasn’t actually done, theft, damage). Jay’s team knows the right brands to use, tells me what work needs to be done and what can wait (and for how long), and keeps my car running smooth. I’ve never had a problem with anything they have done on my car. I’ve been in Texas for 8 months for work and still trying to find a good mechanic for the little things that come up.
