Bill Penney Toyota Service

The service department here is top notch. You pay a premium, but you know you're getting the quality service your vehicle deserves. They are efficient, they get you in abd out quickly. They know any recalls that are due, and they have a lot of little checks that they do, that you won't get at the quick lube places. They will let you know when something is out of spec, but won't pressure you to get it fixed. They'll put a note on your file and the next time you're in, they'll check to see if things are more critical. The only downside is making and keeping an appointment. Getting the appointment is easy, but it's normally 6 or more days out. My schedule changes too much to be able to keep the appointment. That's my issue, not theirs.

I had to take my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I am so thankful for Bill Penney Toyota. I didn't have to wait long for my car to be fixed. I love that the cost is reasonable and the staff is friendly. The young lady who helped me was so sweet. I was very impressed with the video sent to me to update me about my car. I would recommend Bill Penney Toyota to anyone who needs car repairs. You will leave pleased!
