I had to call them to see if my car was ready. Per BMW assist it was ready by 10:30 AM but I received no phone call. Also I am not sure why the back seat latches were open since it was my windshield that was being repaired.
The repair was done expertly and in a very reasonable amount of time. The car was polished and immaculate when I picked it up. Great job, highly recommend this facility!!
The employees made this a great experience. Someone updated me regularly about my car. I appreciate the crew and commend their professionalism.
