body. Though their sales department is lacking, the service department is A-1. I always register to have Steve as my attendant. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my granddaughter and we hung out in their awesome lounge. Thank you guys.
I arrived promptly at my appointment time of 8:30am. I didn't leave until 11:44am. Over 3 hours for an oil change and rear brakes. Absolutely unacceptable.
I scheduled regular maintenance here for my Lexus because Huntsville Lexus service is a mess. I took my car a few hours before my appointment thinking of just leaving it, but they went ahead and started as soon as I got there. I still left, thinking it would be a while, but they were done with the full 30,000 mile service plus checking everything out in less than an hour. I didn't even make it home before they called to tell me it was ready. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Noah, my service advisor. I'll be back.
