Since management change they have been completely unhelpful. Unwilling to work with me when I needed to pick it up. I asked if I could be there right at 5 and he said no I’d have to pick it up Tuesday and I had the work done on a Saturday. Previous managers made it a point to be helpful. I’ve bought multiple sets of tires at this location. Called today about my tire sensors still being on and was told they were too busy to look at it and I’d have to bring it back another day and hope they wouldn’t be busy. Also told me they might be able to fix it, it’s an 2020 car and my light wasn’t on before I dropped it off. Asked for corporate number and store manager refused to give it to me and told me I’d have to look it up my self. This location was so unhelpful and acted like they could car less.

NTB Decatur has a fantastic crew. The front desk ladies were very plesent and helpful and recommended complimentary services I would not have thought of. The shop staff protected my vehicle by covering the seat, steering wheel and floor. Upon presenting my military ID, they thanked me for my service. I will go back the next time I need service.

I was in the market for a certain brand and size tire and Sylvester took great care of me. I recommend that you see Sly for all of your auto needs!
