Precision Tune Auto Care

I have been using Precision since I've lived in Decatur which has been about 5 years now. They have always been great but this year they have been nothing short of amazing!! They informed me of an issue with my engine after an oil change. The Hyundai corporate company was giving me the run around and Precision was behind me supporting every step of the way. They went way above and beyond and helping with the footwork, keeping me updated and when it was finally time to fix it-working as diligently as possible to get my car to me in a timely manner. Any concerns or issues I've had they have always been there and been so kind, honest and accommodating! I will tell anyone if they need their car serviced, this is the place to go!! I can't thank them enough for not only being a great business but treating me like family as well!!

I have always gotten excellent service and help, when I have gone to Precision Tune Auto Care. They are knowledgeable about finding out the problem with your car. Also the service is quick, when you have an oil change, and the cost is a fair price. I am glad they are located in Decatur. Donna Gibbs
