I had a tire go bad! Matt the manager did an excellent job making sure my new tire was replaced same day! His smart epic employee knocked off one star! He should have stayed in the back! No business talking to a customer like that! Matt was not expecting it! Keep up the good work Matt! For safety I would keep employees in the back! Been here 6 hour plus. Told at the start should take 2 to 2-1/2 hours. They just keep saying won’t be long now. We are double teaming. I can see through the window and no one is working on while the manager stands outside and smokes.
Very impressed with my first visit. Great customer service and quick turnaround time. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
